Refund policy

We hope you’re happy with your purchase. If not, you can easily return your order. Below you’ll find all the information about the return process, conditions, and refunds.

Return period

You have 14 days after receiving your order to return it.

Please note: Items can only be returned if they are unworn, undamaged, complete with original tags attached, and in original condition (no stains, odors, or signs of wear).

How to return

      1.Send an email to info@uniquekissed.com including:

  • Your name
  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you want to return
  • Reason for return (optional, helps us improve)

      2. You will receive the return instructions and return address by email.

       3. Repack the items as you received them:

  • In the original packaging and polybag (if provided)
  • With all tags and labels attached
  • Securely and properly packed

Important: Returns without the original polybag or insufficient/incorrect packaging may result in refusal of your refund.

Return costs

  • Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
  • Always keep your shipping receipt and tracking number.

Return conditions (summary)

You can return items if:

  • The return is registered via email within 14 days of delivery.
  • The item is unworn, undamaged, and in original condition.
  • All tags and labels are still attached.
  • The item is properly packed in the original packaging (including polybag) or in strong replacement packaging.

Cooling-off period

From the moment you receive your order, you have a 14-day cooling-off period.
During this period, you may try on and inspect the item as you would in a physical store.
Until you decide to keep the item, you may not use it.
If anything is damaged or missing, please contact us as soon as possible via info@uniquekissed.com.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your return, it will be processed within 5 business days.
  • After processing, the amount will be refunded within 2–5 business days.
  • We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned items.

Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size or color, return your item and place a new order.
